ABOUT US
I'm Gabriela Pinto, who has a degree in Confectionery, specialised in Cake Design at Le Cordon Bleu and French Confectionery at École Lenôtre (France) and is passionate about cakes.
As the founder and pastry chef of Mon Sucré, since 2010, I have dedicated myself to designing exclusive wedding cakes that emphasise the artistry and personality of each couple.
Every detail, from the baking to the excellent service, is carefully thought out to make your big day even more unforgettable.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER TO CREATE YOUR WEDDING CAKE
1. AVAILABILITY
The first step is to check our availability to be party of your day.
As we work with unique cakes, our order intake for each date is limited.
4. DEPOSIT
Are you happy with everything and want to move on? We'll send you the Terms and Conditions to read and sign, as it will be a legal agreement between us. At this stage, you'll need to pay 30 per cent of the fee. Your date is officially booked!
7. LAST PAYMENT
With 15 days to go, we'll contact you to briefly discuss the design of the cake to make sure nothing has changed. At this point, the final price must be paid in order to confirm the service.
2. MEETING
Now it's time for us to get to know each other and talk about your wedding. We'll arrange an online meeting to discuss some ideas regarding the cake design . If you have a wedding organiser, we can hold the meeting directly with them.
5. DESIGN
The cake design proposal will be sent to you within 30 days of the meeting with a sketch that we can alter until you are 100% satisfied with the final design.
8. DETAILS
Up to a week before the event, you will need to share with us the contact details of the person who will be responsible for receiving the cake.
3. CAKE SERVICE PROPOSAL
After the meeting, we'll be able to give you a quote for your cake. We don't offer standardised quotes. Each cake is unique and personalised to meet your expectations and wishes.
6. TASTING
As soon as you book the service, we will send you information about the dates for the tasting. We will have up to 3 flavours of cakes at your disposal, which you can choose from the menu.
9. THE BIG DAY
The day has come! Because they are delicate cakes, we guarantee the service of delivering and finalising the cake at the venue.

As we work with personalised cakes, the possibilities in terms of size, shape and decoration are endless.
Each of these details will affect the final price of the cake. Contact us for a personalised quote that exactly reflects your needs and wishes.
The delivery fee will be defined according to the location of the venue.

DISPLAY + CUT CAKE
Fake cake. Includes an edible layer for the symbolic cutting.
Cut cake without decoration, to serve the guests.

MAIN CAKE
Decorated cake, all edible, for display and cutting.
