WEDDING CAKE PROCESS
Whether you’re seeking a clean and simple wedding cake or a personalised design, Mon Sucré can create the perfect cake to suit your style and celebration. From large celebrations to intimate elopements, you deserve to choose a cake that exudes elegance, luxury and uniqueness.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER TO CREATE YOUR WEDDING CAKE
STEP 1
If you like my style of cakes, send me an email or direct message and let me know the details of your wedding. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to inform you of my availability for your event. As we work with unique cakes, our order intake for each date is limited.
STEP 2
Good news! I'm available on your wedding day. Now it's time for us to get to know each other and talk about your wedding. We'll arrange an online meeting at the most convenient time for both of us. To make sure everything is aligned, we'll use every detail you've indicated in this meeting. Share with us everything you think is important, such as moodboards, flower choices and decoration details that can contribute to the cake design.
If you have an wedding organiser, we can hold the meeting directly with them.
STEP 3
After the meeting, we'll be able to give you a quote for your cake. We don't offer standardised quotes. Each cake is unique and personalised to meet your expectations and wishes. However, our services start at €300.
STEP 4
Are you happy with everything and want to move on? We'll send you the Terms and Conditions to read and sign, as it will be a legal agreement between us. At this stage, you'll need to pay 40 per cent of the fee. Your date is officially booked!
STEP 5
Now it's the most exciting part of the process - your dream wedding cake designing! The cake design proposal will be sent to you within 30 days of the meeting with a sketch that we can alter until you are 100% satisfied with the final design.
STEP 6
As soon as you book the service, we will send you information about the dates for the tasting. We will have up to 3 flavours of cakes at your disposal, which you can choose from the menu. The tasting lasts approximately 1 hour and costs 40€ for the couple.
Guests are allowed, and the cost for each guest is 25€.
STEP 7
With 15 days to go, we'll contact you to briefly discuss the design of the cake to make sure nothing has changed. At this point, the final price must be paid in order to confirm the service.
STEP 8
The day has come! Because they are delicate cakes, we guarantee the service of delivering and finalising the cake at the venue. We work in coordination with your wedding organiser to ensure that the cake is displayed in the best possible way.
STEP 9
In the final stage of our journey together, I would love to receive your feedback and kindly ask you to leave me a testimonial and share some photos of your amazing wedding! All I need is the name of your photographer and I'll contact them directly.
