PROCESS

01 · Availability
The first step is to confirm our availability for your wedding date.
Once confirmed, you will receive an essential questionnaire to understand your context and provide an initial estimate.
Each cake is developed individually — we do not work with predefined pricing.

02 · Service Proposal
Once the essential information has been gathered, we send the Service Proposal.

It outlines the service description, the estimated value, and the terms that guide the entire process.
This is the moment when your cake begins to be defined with greater clarity.

03 · Reservation
Our availability per season is intentionally limited to ensure attentive guidance and truly artisanal work.
The date is secured upon payment of the reservation fee (30% of the total value, non-refundable), allowing us to begin the design of your cake.

04 · Creative Process
Each wedding has its own identity, which we approach with care and sensitivity.
You may share references such as the venue, mood boards, colour palette, florals, and decorative elements.
If you prefer, you may also entrust us with full creative freedom within the Mon Sucré aesthetic.

05 · Design Proposal
Up to 30 working days after payment of the reservation fee, you will receive the final design proposal and quotation.
It includes two revisions, allowing details to be refined and ensuring everything is exactly as envisioned.

06 · Tasting (optional)
The tasting may be scheduled up to one month prior to the wedding.
You may select up to three combinations from our menu.
Tastings take place exclusively at our atelier, in a setting dedicated to the experience.

07 · Final Stage
Up to 30 days prior to the wedding, the full payment of the service must be completed, ensuring final planning and execution.

08 · Delivery & Setup
We take care of delivery and on-site setup with the precision a delicate piece requires.
At the right moment, your cake will be in place, aligned with the atmosphere of the day — elegant, discreet, and ready to be celebrated.
