I'm Gabriela Pinto, who has a degree in Confectionery at Le Cordon Bleu and French Confectionery at École Lenôtre and is passionate about cakes. 

As the founder and pastry chef of Mon Sucré, since 2010, I have dedicated myself to designing exclusive wedding cakes that emphasise the artistry and personality of each couple.
Every detail, from the baking to the excellent service, is carefully thought out to make your big day even more unforgettable.
